Experience showed that potential customers for Panoramic Printing weren’t very knowledgeable about some common aspects of printing, including:

          • Bindings
We seized on that inexperience to create a series of provocative mailings designed to help educate the target audience about basic printing terms and technology, as well as what to look for when choosing a printer.
The response was enthusiastic, grew with each mailing and increased the company’s business by 25%.
